Miriam Olson, AMFT
#152404
I Love Humans. Not in a simplistic way, but in the beautifully messy, deeply complex, and profoundly resilient way that makes us who we are. The joy, the grief, the fear, the longing—it all fascinates me. For over 20 years, I’ve worked with adolescents, young adults, and families, witnessing firsthand how unique each person’s journey is. My work is about honoring those stories, making space for the full range of human emotion, and helping clients move toward a more meaningful and connected life.
Therapy with me is a dynamic, collaborative process—not a one-size-fits-all solution. Whether you’re navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, or major life transitions, we will work together to help you process, heal, and gain a wider, more expansive perspective. I believe deeply in the transformative power of therapy. When we create a safe space for honest dialogue—one where all thoughts, fears, and emotions can exist without judgment—we open the door to profound change. My goal is to help you rediscover your strengths, realign your path, and move toward a life filled with meaning, connection, and joy.
Let’s work together to get your feet headed in the direction you want to go. My practice is inclusive, culturally sensitive, and LGBTQIA+ affirmative. I welcome individuals and relationships of all kinds—monogamous, open, polyamorous—because healing happens in many forms. No matter where you are in your journey, you don’t have to do it alone.
